ERC Processing Information

Thank you for allowing Bank Loan Depot to assist with your ERC Processing.  Please submit the following information for a forensic accounting review.  

• IRS 941s (Quarter 2 2020 through Quarter 3 2021)
• State Payroll Tax Returns (Wages and Contributions) Quarter 2 2020 through Quarter 3 2021
• PPP Loan Information for 2020 + 2021 (Date Received, Amounts and Forgiveness Letters)
• List of Family Members, if any, on payroll for given quarterly periods
• Completed Application
